By accessing or using the services provided by First Choice Wildlife Services (“we,” “our,” “us”), you agree to the following:

1. Services – We provide wildlife control, removal, and prevention services. All work is performed according to our professional standards and applicable laws.
2. Estimates & Payments – Estimates are provided before work begins. Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Cancellations – Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day cancellations may incur a service fee.
4. Liability – While we take all reasonable precautions, we are not liable for damages caused by wildlife before, during, or after service, or for issues arising from pre-existing structural conditions.
5. Warranties – Any warranties on work performed will be stated in writing at the time of service.
6. Changes to Terms – We may update these terms at any time, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
